US Open Putting Strokes Gained Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is promoted by Visio Putting.

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to entrants aged 18 or over.
Employees, contractors, partners, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with Visio Putting or the administration of this giveaway are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household may be disqualified at the promoter’s discretion.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the giveaway entry form on the Visio Putting website, including their name, email address, and their prediction for the total putting strokes gained of the winner of the US Open.
The prediction must be submitted to one decimal place, for example: 4.6.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Entry Period
The giveaway opens on 9th June 2026 and closes at midnight (BST) on 17th June 2026 .
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted.

5. Prize
The prize includes free Visio putting trainings aids and official US Open merchandise.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.
Visio Putting reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected from the eligible entries that are closest to the official total putting strokes gained figure of the US Open winner across all four tournament rounds.
The official result will be determined using the final published putting strokes gained data after the conclusion of the tournament.
If more than one entrant submits the same closest prediction, the winner will be selected at random from those tied entries.
Visio Putting’s decision is final.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by email within 10 days of the giveaway closing.
The winner must respond within 10 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Visio Putting reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the eligible entries.

8. Email Marketing Consent
By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to join the Visio Putting email list and receive marketing emails, product updates, offers, and putting improvement content.
Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in any email.

9. Data Protection
Personal data submitted as part of this giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and sending marketing communications where consent has been provided.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Visio Putting Privacy Policy.

10. Disqualification
Visio Putting reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, submitted after the closing date, or otherwise in breach of these terms.
Visio Putting also reserves the right to disqualify entrants who attempt to manipulate the giveaway or submit multiple entries.

11. Changes or Cancellation
Visio Putting reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability
Visio Putting will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13. Publicity
By entering, entrants agree that Visio Putting may announce the winner’s name on its website, email marketing, or social media channels.

14. Governing Law
This giveaway and these terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
