BUILD THE ARC DRILL – the latest in our Tips Series. Using x6 TRUVIS balls, you will need to position all x6 balls on the right half of the template for the backswing and on the left half of the template for the forward swing.
The balls will create a gate like channel to help control the ARC of the stroke. Start by positioning x3 balls above and x3 balls below the outside of the template black face lines.
Positions the first x2 balls at 3″ the second x2 balls at 6″ and the final x2 balls at 9″ the outer edge of each ball only just covers the holes which are in the template located at the end of each one of the black putter face lines. These holes in the template are designed to fit tee-pegs if using the template to perform the drill outdoors.
